Eurobin Weigh Scales

The Eurobin/Tote Weigh Scale is designed to lift and weigh 200 litre tote bins. The scale is manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel with a matt finish and has a maximum weighing capacity of 300 kg, including the bin and product, making it suitable for confirming the contents of a full tote bin at the point of use.

Specification

The scale is built from stainless steel 304, and is available with IP68 protection as standard, with an optional upgrade to IP69K where higher pressure washdown is required. A variety of digital displays can be fitted depending on the application, and power is supplied via a 110/240 Vac connection or a rechargeable battery, giving flexibility over how and where the scale is used. The scale is designed to accept a 200 litre tote bin, and lifting is carried out manually rather than by a powered mechanism, keeping the design simple and robust.

Capacity & Application

The manually operated scale can be mounted to the floor on fully adjustable feet, allowing it to be levelled correctly regardless of minor variations in the floor surface, and it comes complete with a weigh cell and digital display, with different display options available depending on the application. With a maximum weighing capacity of 300 kg including the bin and its contents, and a tote bin capacity of 200 litres, the Eurobin scale suits manufacturing, food production and general industrial settings where 200 litre tote bins are used to move and weigh bulk materials or product between process stages.
