FT-300 Filling Systems
The FT-300 filling systems are designed primarily as a single container filler, this machine has now been modified/upgraded to a bespoke design whether its a stand alone or fully automatic multi-head filling machine, our machines are available in various sizes to enable the filling of 500 ml to 1000 ltr IBC’s, listed below are some of our more common FT-300 filling machines.
This machine can use a variety of filling methods using a counter (counting pump revolutions), weigh platform, flow meter and positive displacement; certain types of filling machines can also interface in to existing or new conveyor systems.
FT-300W Dual Bottom ATEX Filling Systems
This is an FT-300w that incorporates 2 bottom fill nozzles for foaming products, 2 off ATEX approved (zone 1) indicators with two 30 kg x 10 grams DTI Approved weigh platforms.
The flexible hoses are PTFE lined with a polymer outer braiding with union clamp quick release connections. The main construction is manufacture from 304 stainless steel with the filling nozzles being 316 stainless steel incorporating the PTFE and Viton seals.
FT300W IBC Filling System
This FT-300w is designed specifically for filling IBC’s only, we are able to use a variety filling nozzle up to a diameter of 3″ to help speed up the filling process, speeds can be increased again by introducing a pump.
We are able to manufacture this filling system for a safe or hazardous environment (zone 1)
The main construction is manufacture from 304 stainless steel with the filling nozzles being 316 stainless steel, incorporating the PTFE encapsulated seals.
