The newly-developed HV/W-C and HV/W-CP series of multi-functional platform scales increase productivity on factory floors through fast stabilization speeds, multi-coloured comparator lights and an alphanumeric keypad. The new HV-C (triple range) and HW-C (single range) and ‘CP’ models, which include a built in printer, are not just tools for measuring weight, but rather provide a means for enhancing both the productivity and profitability of factories.
The HV Series is fitted with a 25 mm LCD display, giving a clear weight readout on the factory floor, and carries an IP65 protection rating, with all models featuring fully dust and waterproof base work and load cell to that same IP65 standard. All models operate via an AC adaptor, and the ‘C’ models can additionally operate on dry cell batteries for up to 1200 hours, giving flexibility between a fixed mains-powered installation and portable, battery-powered use. Multi-coloured comparator lights and an alphanumeric keypad support fast checkweighing and target weighing tasks, while fast stabilization speeds reduce the time taken to reach a settled reading.
The HV-C triple range model and the HW-C single range model give a choice between a scale that can switch between three weighing ranges and one built around a single range, so the platform can be matched to whether a site needs flexibility across different weight bands or a simpler single-range setup. The ‘CP’ models, with their built in printer, suit applications where a printed weight ticket or label is required alongside the display reading. Fast stabilization speeds and comparator lights make the HV Series well suited to checkweighing and productivity-focused tasks on busy factory floors, where the goal extends beyond simply reading a weight to actively supporting throughput and quality control.
