Touch Screen Counting Scales

Our range of Touch Screen Counting Scales offers great versatility, with the screen and on-screen prompts able to be programmed to suit exact business requirements, so terminology, workflows and layouts can be tailored to match the way a particular operation actually counts and records parts.

Specification

The range is supplied in 5, 8 or 10.1 inch colour touch screen models, giving a choice of screen size to suit the available bench space and the amount of information an operator needs to see at once. Each unit can be connected to a wide variety of peripherals, including printers, barcode scanners and tag readers, allowing labels, tickets and identification data to be captured or produced directly at the point of weighing. Multiple communication ports are provided as standard, including RS232, RS485 and Ethernet, giving flexibility when integrating the scale into existing office or factory networks.

Capacity & Application

Data can be imported to or exported from the scale using our range of PC software over Ethernet or WiFi, or simply captured on the move using a USB data stick, making it straightforward to keep counting records synchronised with stock or production systems without manual re-entry. This combination of a configurable interface, flexible connectivity and multiple screen sizes makes the range well suited to varied counting environments, from small parts counting at a single bench through to multi-terminal counting and labelling operations across a larger warehouse or production facility.
