DGT100 Repeater

The DGT100 is a remote display and weight indicator featuring a large red LED matrix display that remains easy to read from a distance, even in bright ambient light. Housed in a stainless steel IP68 case, it is rated for outdoor use, making it suitable for weighbridges, yards and other exposed installations where a standard indicator enclosure would not survive.

Specification

The display uses large 6-digit, 100mm high LED digits for maximum visibility across a warehouse, yard or weighbridge approach. The stainless steel enclosure carries an IP68 protection rating, allowing the unit to be mounted outdoors or in washdown areas without additional protection. It can be powered from a 12 to 24V DC supply or from a built-in 110-240V AC internal power supply, giving flexibility over how it is wired into an existing installation.

Capacity & Application

The DGT100 can be configured either as a remote display, repeating the reading from an existing weighing system, or as a complete weighing scale indicator with 3000 divisions of resolution. This makes it suitable for weighbridge remote displays, yard weighing, and any application where operators or drivers need to read a weight clearly from several metres away. Its IP68-rated stainless steel case also makes it a reliable choice for exposed, high-traffic sites where durability is as important as visibility.

Phoenix Scales is a UKAS ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory, ISO 9001:2015 and Cyber Essentials certified. This repeater display can be supplied, installed and calibrated by our engineers with UKAS-traceable certification, with ongoing service and repair support available once it is in use.
