EHP Crane Scale Control Software

For use with any EHP crane scale, our Scale Control software can visualise and process all your data transmitted to the PC via a weighing data receiver, such as a USB box, Teledata, Telebox PLC or Netscale. It turns a crane scale reading into a properly recorded, reportable piece of data rather than a figure that is only visible momentarily on the crane scale display itself.

Specification

The user interface can be adapted to your needs, so order-specific details such as order number, operator, batch number and more can be added alongside the weight reading. All relevant data is easily readable on the user dashboard, giving a clear overview of current and recent weighing activity. The determined weights can be printed or saved in numerous formats, such as PDF or CSV, making it straightforward to pass results into other business, quality or reporting systems. Data is received from the crane scale via a weighing data receiver, which may be a USB box, Teledata unit, Telebox PLC or Netscale interface depending on how the crane scale is set up.

Capacity & Application

Scale Control is compatible with all EHP crane scales and can be easily retrofitted, so it can be added to an existing installation without needing to replace the crane scale itself. It suits any lifting operation where crane scale weighments need to be recorded, reported and associated with order-specific details such as a batch or order number, rather than simply read once from the scale display and forgotten. The software licence is unlimited for each crane scale, so it can be installed and used freely on the PC or PCs associated with that scale.

EHP Crane Scale Control Software is supplied and supported by Phoenix Scales alongside the EHP crane scales it is designed to work with. Phoenix Scales is a UKAS ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory and an ISO 9001:2015 and Cyber Essentials certified company, and our engineers can install and configure Scale Control alongside the calibration of the connected crane scale, ensuring the readings it records are traceable to a properly calibrated instrument. Ongoing technical support is available to keep the software and connected crane scale working reliably together.
