The TCH Counting Scale is a column-mounted counting scale offering a high resolution of 1:600,000, making it capable of detecting very small differences in piece weight even when working with large totals. Its backlit LCD display clearly shows weight, unit weight and quantity together, so operators can check both the overall total and the individual piece count at a glance.
The TCH stores up to 10 unit weight memories, allowing operators to switch quickly between different parts without re-sampling each time, and it totalises weight and quantity across multiple weighments for batch and stock-taking work. An auto re-computing piece weight function continually refines the average unit weight as more parts are added to the platform, improving counting accuracy as the sample size grows. Power is provided by an AC 230V mains lead, backed up by a DC 6V/4.5AH rechargeable battery, so the scale can continue to be used during short interruptions to the mains supply.
| Model | Column | Plate Size | Capacity | Resolution |
| UTCH | Short Column | 280 x 300 | 30 kg | 1 g |
| DTCH | Tall Column | 420 x 520 | 60 kg | 2 g |
| DTCH | Tall Column | 420 x 520 | 150 kg | 10 g |
| LTCH | Tall Column | 400 x 600 | 150 kg | 10 g |
| LTCH | Tall Column | 400 x 600 | 300 kg | 10 g |
With capacities ranging from 30 kg up to 300 kg across the UTCH, DTCH and LTCH variants, the TCH range can be matched to counting tasks from small fasteners and components right up to bulkier parts and packaged goods, making it a versatile choice for stock control, kitting, order-picking and production line counting in warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
