The TPS Pallet Truck Scale combines a standard hand pallet truck with an integrated weighing system, allowing loads to be weighed as they are moved rather than requiring a separate trip to a static scale. A large LCD display with 52 mm digits and a high-contrast white backlight makes weights easy to read from a standing position, even in dimly lit warehouse aisles.
The TPS is built on a painted sheet steel chassis fitted with four steel load cells, giving accurate weighing across the full width of the forks. Its 52 mm backlit LCD is paired with a simple 7-key keyboard, and the truck rolls on a double front wheel and hard rubber rear wheel for smooth manoeuvring under load. A battery charge indicator light shows remaining charge at a glance, and the truck shuts off automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life; a 230V electrical power adapter is included for recharging the built-in 6 Vdc rechargeable battery, which provides up to 60 hours of operation between charges.
With forks measuring 555 mm wide and 1160 mm long, the TPS is sized to handle standard pallets, and it has a weighing capacity of 2000 kg with a readability of 0.5 kg. Functions including switchable weighing units, net/gross shift, pre-tare and accumulation make it straightforward to weigh individual pallets, deduct known tare weights, or build up a running total across multiple loads, which suits goods-in inspection, order consolidation and stock control tasks in warehouses and distribution centres where pallets are already being moved by hand.
