ATEX Loadcell Mounts
Phoenix Scales supplies and installs a complete range of ATEX loadcell mounting assemblies rated up to 100,000kg, designed for weighing silos, tanks, hoppers and other vessels in potentially explosive atmospheres. The range includes intrinsically safe ATEX scales and balances approved for use in hazardous areas, corrosive environments and explosive atmospheres found across chemical, pharmaceutical, food and bulk processing sites.
Specification
Each mounting assembly is built with a stainless steel AISI 304 body for durability and corrosion resistance, with protection against electrostatic discharge to reduce ignition risk in hazardous zones. An anti-overturn system keeps the vessel stable under load, and a locking/bypass system allows the assembly to be secured in the raised position, simplifying transport, installation and ongoing maintenance without disturbing the vessel or its contents.

Approvals
Phoenix Scales is a UKAS ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory, ISO 9001:2015 and Cyber Essentials certified. Our ATEX-rated equipment is supplied, installed and can be calibrated by our engineers with UKAS-traceable certification, alongside ongoing service and repair support once in use.
