Check Weigh Workstations

Our range of check weigh workstations are manufactured in stainless steel to the exact requirements that you require. The electronic weighing terminal and stainless steel loadcell are IP68 rated, and if the workstation is supplied with a printer this is housed in a stainless steel garage for protection when cleaning, keeping the whole station suitable for washdown and hygiene-conscious environments.

Specification

This digital weight indicator can be supplied either with a simple basic weight display, as a simple check weigh scale, or with our large touch screen display suitable for all industrial applications, so the level of complexity can be matched to how the workstation will be used. The stainless steel construction, IP68-rated terminal and loadcell, and optional stainless steel printer garage are designed to withstand regular washdown and cleaning without compromising the electronics inside. All options have the ability to transmit data via our WeiMonitor software, and the more advanced models can also set target weights remotely, so operators can be guided towards a specific fill or pack weight directly from the display.

Capacity & Application

Check weigh workstations are built to order to the exact requirements of the customer, so the platform, enclosure and indicator can be specified to suit the products being checked and the space available on the production line. Optional Ethernet or WiFi interfaces allow data to be recorded onto an Excel spreadsheet or a software system, where it can be used to amend or edit a database and produce reports as necessary, supporting quality control, traceability and batch reporting requirements. The washdown-ready stainless steel build and IP68 protection make the range well suited to food, pharmaceutical and other hygiene-sensitive production environments, as well as general industrial check weighing applications.

Phoenix Scales is a UKAS ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory and an ISO 9001:2015 and Cyber Essentials certified company. We design, build, install and calibrate check weigh workstations with UKAS-traceable certification, and our engineers provide ongoing servicing, repair and re-calibration support to keep each workstation operating accurately and reliably throughout its working life.
